AN ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br />On the 181h day of November, 2003, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted <br />Ordinance 97-124. On the 181h day of November, 2003, pursuant to Minn. Stat. 412.191, <br />Subd. 4, the Lake Elmo City Council, by three affirmative votes, directed that a Summary <br />of Ordinance 97-124 be published. <br />Lake Elmo Ordinance 97-124 is entitled "An Ordinance relating to the Process for <br />Reviewing Administrative Decisions and Variance Requests in connection with the <br />City's Individual and Community Sewer System Regulations". <br />A copy or Ordinance 97-124 is available for inspection by any person during <br />regular business hours at the office of t Lake Elmo City Administrator at 3800 Laverne <br />Avenue North, Lake Elmo, MN 55042. <br />DATED: November 25, 2003 <br />Charles E.
