Amendment: Section 225.11 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is hereby amended to <br />read as follows; to wit: <br />225.11 esent to Conduct Meeting <br />A meeting can be conducted if <br />five (5) members of the Commission are present. <br />Section 2.
