Subd. 9. Commission Expenditures <br />The expenditures of the Environmental Management Commission shall be within <br />amounts appropriated for the purpose by the Council, provided, however, that all <br />expenditures are duly authorized though normal administrative purchasing policies. <br />Subd.10. Removal of Commission Members for Nonattendance <br />Given that the Council expects diligence in attendance by the members of the <br />Environmental Management Commission at Commission meetings, excessive <br />absences will be considered as grounds for removal from the Commission. <br />Excessive absences may be considered as absence from more than one-third (1/3) of <br />the meetings, or absence from three (3) or more consecutive meetings. <br />Section 2.
