CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 97- 10q <br />AN ORDINANCE AMMENDING SECTION 1350.05 SUBDIVISION 1 and <br />SECTION 1350.05 SUBDIVISION 2 <br />OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 1350.05 Subd. 1. is hereby ammending to include the <br />following, to wit: <br />Illumination may exceed the stated maximums for a radius of 20 feet <br />measured from the center point of the light fixture, but shall not exceed <br />those maximums beyond the extetior property line of the site upon which <br />the fixture is located. <br />Section 2. Amendment: Section 1350.05 Subd. 2. is hereby ammending to include the <br />following, to wit: <br />Illumination may exceed the stated maximums for a radius of 20 feet <br />measured from the center point of the light fixture, but shall not exceed <br />those maximums beyond the exterior property line of the site upon which <br />the fixture is located. <br />Section 3.
