K. 6. <br />On May 7, 2002, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted Ordinance 97-110 and by 4 affir- <br />mative votes, approved the publication of a summary of the ordinance. <br />A complete copy of Ordinance 97-110 is on file in the office of the City Administrator, and <br />can be viewed by the public during business hours_ <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07, Subd, 4. K. 6. and its subdivisions are here- <br />by summarized as follows: <br />4. Performance Standards. <br />a. Purpose and Intent <br />b.
