CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTAV <br />pqw <br />ORDINANCE NO.988 Cr-)- I OC) <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />SECTION 505.10 <br />"POLE CONSTRUCTION BUILDINGS" <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 505.10 Pole Construction Buildings is hereby amended <br />as follows: to wit: <br />Section 505.10 Pole Construction Buildings: Except as hereinafter provided, <br />pole construction buildings shall be allowed on parcels zoned Agricultural (AG) or Rural <br />Residential (RR) and may be allowed on parcels zoned One Family Residential (R-1) if <br />75% of the perimeter of the R-1 parcel abuts property zoned Agricultural and if no part of <br />such R-1 parcel abuts property which is subject to a conditional use permit for an open <br />space preservation project. <br />Section 2.
