CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 97-1]_ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 150 OF THE <br />LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />TO INCLUDE A DEFINITION OF A FITNESS STUDIO <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 150 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is hereby amended <br />to included the definition of a Fitness Studio, to wit: <br />Fitness Studio: A place or building where passive or active exercises and related <br />activities are performed for the purpose of physical fitness, improved circulation or <br />flexibility, and/or weight control. The activities shall be conducted entirely within an <br />enclosed building. Fitness Studio may include exercise equipment; and shall exclude <br />massage in any form. The maximum allowable floor area is 5,000 square feet. <br />Section 2.
