Historic Structures on the site shall be identified. <br />Subd. 9 OP Development/Concept Plan. <br />A. Required Submittals -- Development/Concept Plan The applicant shall <br />submit 20 copies of a Concept Plan for a development of an OP that shall <br />include the following information: <br />1. An existing conditions plan which identifies the following (Drawn to a <br />scale of 1 "=100'): <br />a. Primary Conservation Areas. <br />b. Secondary Conservation Areas. <br />c. Site Topography at 2 foot contour interval <br />d. Location and description of existing vegetative cover <br />2. A general site plan to include the general location of all platted lots, <br />streets, and open space areas, structures, trails, common open spaces <br />and parks: (Drawn to scale of 1 "=100) <br />3. The applicant shall submit a schedule of site characteristics, calculated <br />in acres, which shall include the following: <br />a. Environmental Resources: Include Map and calculated acreage <br />of the following: <br />Total Site <br />ii Protected Wetlands <br />iii Wetland buffer/setback area <br />iv 12% - 24% sloped area <br />v 25% + sloped area <br />vi Woodlands <br />vii Net developable acres is equal to the Total Site (I) minus <br />Protected Wetlands (ii) minus areas with slopes exceeding 25% <br />(v). <br />21/18/97 11 <br />300-66B <br />
