CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 97- %/ — <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 300.07, SUBDIVISION 4.A.6.e. <br />OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE. <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07, Subd. 4. A. 6. e. of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code <br />is hereby amended and shall read as follows: <br />Section 300.07 Subd. 4.A.6.e.: Any uses under this section involving the outside storage <br />of vehicles, equipment, or goods shall be located a minimum of 200 feet from any public <br />roadway or adjacent landowner's boundary, except that the setback from the I-94 frontage <br />road shall be not less than 50 feet. <br />roadway by berms and landscaping.
