CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 97-D <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 150 OF THE <br />LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDITION OF THE <br />FOLLOWING DEFINITION FOR `BUILDING HEIGHT" <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 150, "Definitions"; of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is <br />amended to include the following; to wit: <br />Building Height: The vertical distance from the average of the highest and lowest <br />point of grade for that portion of the lot covered by building to the highest point of <br />the roof for flat roofs; to the roof deck line of mansard roofs; and, to the mean height <br />between eaves and ridge for gable, hip and gambrel roofs. <br />Section 2.
