City of Lake Elmo <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />Ordinance 97-73 <br />An Ordinance adding a definition for Contractor Maintenance Shop <br />to Section 150 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 150 "Definitions" of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is <br />hereby amended to include the following <br />Contractor Maintenance Shop: An area and/or building devoted to use by a person who <br />contracts to do certain work in the fields of building or construction trades. If there is <br />outside storage of construction equipment, it shall be placed to the rear of the Contractor's <br />Maintenance Shop, and screened from adjacent properties by a landscape plan approved by <br />the City Council. <br />Section 2.
