CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 9778 <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING FROM THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />SECTION 535.07 PERMITTED SIGNS IN RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 535.07, Subd. 1. G. Permitted Signs in Residential <br />Zoning District related to neighborhood or project identification signs consistent with the <br />neighborhood character, subject to a Conditional Use Permit of the Lake Elmo Municipal <br />Code is repealed in its entirety. <br />Section 2.
