301.14 Method of Amending an OP Conditional Use Permit. <br />Any desired change involving structural alteration, enlargement or intensification of the use not <br />specifically allowed by the specific terms of a previously passed OP Conditional Use permit, shall require <br />that an application be filed for an amended permit and all procedures shall then apply as if a new permit <br />was applied for. <br />301.141nformation Requirements: Additions -Exceptions. <br />Subd.1. Records. <br />The City Administrator shall maintain a record of all permits issued including information on the use, <br />locations, conditions imposed, time limits, review dates, and such other information as may be <br />appropriate. <br />Section 2. Amendment: 300.07 Subd. 4. Open Space Preservation District is hereby repealed <br />in its entirety. <br />Section 3.
