CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 97- 91 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />SECTION 505.10 <br />"POLE CONSTRUCTION BUILDINGS" <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 505.10 Pole Construction Buildings is hereby amended as <br />follows: to wit: <br />Section 505.10 Pole Buildings: Pole buildings shall be permitted in the Agricultural and <br />Rural Residential Zoning Districts only, except they shall be prohibited where a Conditional <br />Use Permit has been issued for an Open Space Preservation Development. <br />Section 2.
