ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br />On the 18th day of April, 2000, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted Ordinance No. <br />9%y , and, by four affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4, directed <br />that a summary of the Ordinance be published. <br />Lake Elmo Ordinance No925 is entitled "An Ordinance Extending the Development <br />Moratorium on Property Located Within the Public Facility (PF.)
