CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 75 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 300.07 "ZONING DISTRICT MAP" <br />OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd. 3 (A) 1. Of the "Zoning District Map" of the Lake Elmo <br />Municipal Code; is amended to rezone the following described property, owned by Carriage Home IX <br />from Unclassified to (LB) Limited Business to wit: <br />Lot 15, Block 1, Carriage Station <br />Section 2. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd. 3 (A) 1. Of the "Zoning District Map" of the Lake Elmo <br />Municipal Code; is amended to rezone the following described property, owned by Carriage Home IX from <br />Unclassified to (R2) One and Two Family Residential to wit: <br />Lots 2-6, Lots 1-14, Block 1, Carriage Station <br />Section 3.
