CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No. 97/00 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 300.07 <br />"ZONING DISTRICT MAP" OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd.3 (A) 1. of the "Zoning District Map" of the Lake <br />Elmo Municipal Code; is amended to rezone the following described property, owned by Gene <br />Peltier, from RR (Rural Residential) to AG (Agricultural) to wit: <br />120 acres, commonly known as 10376 Hudson Boulevard; the East 1h of the <br />Southwest 1/4 of Section 35, Township 29, Range 21, except parcel 37, Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation right-of-way, and, pan of the Southeast 1/4 of the <br />Southwest 1/4 commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 and run East <br />along the South line of said Southwest 1/4 for a distance of 460 feet to the point of <br />beginning then North parallel with the East line of said Southwest 1/4 for a distance <br />of 580.6 feet, then East parallel with the South line parallel with the East line of said <br />South line of said Southwest 1/4 for 196 feet to the point of beginning, subject to <br />existing Highway right -of way. <br />Section 2.
