CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO.97(al <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 150 BY REPLACING <br />WITH PLACE OF WORSHIP <br />Section 1. Amendment: The 1997 Lake Elmo Municipal Code is hereby amended by <br />adding the following definitions to Section 150. <br />PLACE OF WORSHIP: A building, together with its accessory buildings and uses, <br />where persons regularly assemble for religious worship and which building, together with <br />its accessory buildings and uses, is maintained and controlled by a religious body <br />organized to sustain public worship. <br />Section 2.
