Section 3. Amendment 500.06 Oreanization and Enforcement <br />Subd. 1 Oreanization <br />The organization of the building department and enforcement of the code shall be as established by <br />Chapter 1 (one) of the Uniform Building Code. The Code shall be enforced within the incorporated <br />limits of the City. <br />Section 4. Amendment 505.01 Fees Established Subd2 A. <br />A. Permits, inspections and collection of fees shall be as provided in Chapter 1 (One) of the Uniforcn, <br />Building Code, 1997 Edition. Specific fees are set forth from time to time by resolution of the Cbty <br />Council. <br />Section 2.
