Grantee will meet its obligations under the agreements regarding access support which were entered <br />into with the Ramsey/Washington Cable Communications Commission in the March 9, 1995 <br />Memorandum of Understanding. In addition, Grantee will provide the following_ <br />F-1. Grantee will provide an equipment grant to the Commission for each year of the first <br />four (4) years of the renewed franchise in the following amounts: <br />Year 1 - $833,333.00 <br />Year 2 - $833,333.00 <br />Year 3 - $833,333.00 <br />Year 4 - $250,000.00 <br />Grantee may adjust the PEG fee to recover the above payments (consistent with Federal Rules for <br />calculating Grantee's cost of money) over a period of not less than eight (8) years_ <br />F-2. Effective with the adoption of the Franchise, Grantee and the Commission shall enter <br />into a sublease agreement contained in Exhibit H. <br />F-3. Company agrees that the Commission may, for no charge, have use of the studio at any <br />of the Company's facilities in the Ramsey/Washington franchise area, as long as the Company <br />operates a studio in the franchise area. Use of the studio facility by the Commission will be <br />permitted, if not otherwise in use by the Company, and is subject to reasonable rules established by <br />the Company. Company shall have no obligation to incur additional costs, in terms of staff or <br />equipment, because of the Commission's use of a studio facility of the Company. <br />F-4. Company shall make available for the unrestricted, sole and complete use by the <br />Commission, ten (10) 6 MHz channels in the system. These 6 MHz channels are characterized and <br />numbered below for illustrative purposes only at the time of this agreement as follows: <br />Channel 10 —Public Access <br />Channel 15 — Public Access <br />Channel 16 — Government Access <br />Channel 61 — Educational Access <br />Channel 52 — (currently loaned to Company — see F-6) <br />Channel 35 —Library Access <br />Channel 60 — Private Ed Access <br />Channel 57 — Religious Access <br />Channel 58 —Higher Ed Access <br />Channel 62 — (currently loaned to Company — see F-6) <br />1141648-1 <br />
