The hubs themselves will be <br />upgraded and will be interconnected via SONEC architecture between themselves and <br />all other hubs served by the Company in the Twin Cities area. Fiber will be <br />introduced into the coaxial network radiating out from the hub locations and moving <br />throughout each community from there. <br />Electronic active and passive equipment, power supplies, etc. will be replaced <br />and/or installed on a node -by -node basis. Activation of new plant will be done on a <br />node -by -node basis, <br />Due to the difficult winter construction season, fiber duct and pedestals may <br />be installed and/or replaced during summer and fall months. This work would occur <br />throughout the entire franchise area to allow winter work to be done in more than Just <br />aerial locations, <br />
