ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br />On the 7th day of December, 1999, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted Ordinance No. <br />97- 52, and, by four affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4, directed <br />that a summary of the Ordinance be published. <br />Lake Elmo Ordinance No. 97- 52 is entitled "An Ordinance Extendingthe Development <br />Moratorium on Property Located Within the Public Facility (PF.)
