ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br />On the 7th day of Aril, 1998, the Lake Elmo City Council <br />adopted Ordinance No.9-iagl and by four affirmative votes pursuant <br />to Minn. Stat. §462.355, Subd. 4, directed that a summary of the <br />Ordinance be published. <br />Lake Elmo Ordinance No 9'7QR is entitled an Interim Ordinance <br />placing a development moratorium on property located within the <br />Public Facility (PF) Zoning District of the City.
