Zintl <br />City of Lake Elmo <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />ORDINANCE NO.97-32. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 300.07 "ZONING DISTRICT MAP" <br />OF THE 1998 LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd. 3 (A) 1. Of the "Zoning District Map" of the Lake Elmo <br />Municipal Code; is amended to rezone the following described property from (RR) Rural Residential to <br />(OP) Open space Preservation District to wit: <br />The West Half of the West Half (W '/2 of W %2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE %<) of Section <br />Twelve (12), Township Twenty-nine (29) North of Range Twenty-one (21) West subject to an <br />easement for a public roadway over and across the North end of said tract as now established and <br />traveled. <br />Section 2.
