CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE No. 9739 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1360 OF THE 1997 <br />LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 1360.02 of the 1997 Lake Elmo Municipal Code is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br />Subd.4 Temporary Fences <br />Snow fences and other equivalent opaque fences of a temporary design shall be set back at least 50 feet <br />from any south or east property line, or such additional distance as may be required to prevent the <br />accumulation of snow on public streets or adjoining property, as determined by the Building Official. No <br />such snow fence or equivalent or posts shall be installed prior to November 1, and must be removed prior <br />to April 15. <br />Section 2.
