CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 97 40 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMEMDING SECTION 300.07 SUBD. 4. A. <br />AND SECTION 300.07 SUBD. 4. B. OF THE 1997 LAKE <br />ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd. 4. A. of the Lake Elmo Municipal Codeis <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />2. Uses Permitted by Conditional Use Permit. <br />a. Greenhouses; <br />b. Kennels; <br />c. Stables; <br />d. Commercial recreation of a rural nature, including outdoor target <br />ranges; <br />Agricultural service establishments primarily engaged in performing <br />agricultural animal husbandry or horticultural services on a fee or <br />contract basis including sorting, grading and packing fruits and <br />vegetables for the owner, lessee or sublessee; agricultural produce <br />milling and processing for the owner, lessee, or sublessee; horticultural <br />services; fruit picking; grain cleaning; veterinary services; boarding and <br />training of horses; <br />f. Open Space Development Projects, as regulated by Section 300.07 <br />Subdivision 4.0. <br />Section 2. — Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd. 4. B. of the 1997 Lake Elmo Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />B. RR- Rural Residential. <br />1. Permitted Uses and Structures. <br />a. One family residential dwellings; (Also see Section 300.13, Subd 2 <br />and Subd. 16) <br />b. Farm, suburban or rural within the limits defined in the performance <br />standards for livestock; <br />
