THE HAMLET <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO.9703 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3W.07 "ZONING DISTRICT MAP" <br />OF THE 1997 LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd. 3 (A) 1. of the "Zoning District Map" of the Lake <br />Elmo Municipal Code; is amended to rezone the following described property from (RR) Rural <br />Residential to (OP) Open Space Preservation District to wit: <br />The East one-half of the Southwest quarter (E1/2 of SW1/4) of Section 11, EXCEPTING that part <br />thereof described as follows: Beginning at a point in the North line of said East one-half of the <br />Southwest quarter (El/2 of SW1/4) Two (2) rods west of the Northeast corner thereof; thence <br />South Three (3) rods; thence West on a line parallel with the North line of said tract to the west <br />line thereof; thence North Three (3) rods; thence East to the place of beginning. Also <br />EXCEPTING Registered Land Survey No. 54. Also the Northeast quarter of the Northwest <br />quarter (NE1/4 of NW1/4) and the North Three (3) rods of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest <br />quarter (SE1/4 of NW1/4) of Section 14; Also EXCEPTING, the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW1/4 of NE-1/4 of NW1/4) of Section 14, Township <br />29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County Minnesota <br />AND <br />The North Three (3) rods of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter (NW1/4 of SE1/4 of NW1/4) of Section 14, Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, <br />Minnesota and is commonly known as 4338 Kimbro Avenue N., Lake Elmo, MN. <br />Section 2.
