TAMARACK FARM <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 970$ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 300.07 "ZONING DISTRICT MAP" <br />OF THE 1997 LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd. 3 (A) 1. of the "Zoning District Map" of the Lake <br />Elmo Municipal Code; is amended to rezone the following described property from (RR) Rural <br />Residential to (OP) Open Space Preservation District to wit: <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />The SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Sec. 1, <br />T. 29, R. 21, except Parcel A <br />described below: PARCEL A: Beginning at the SW corner of said SE 1/4 of die SE 1/4, <br />thence N. 83 degrees 14'01" E., assumed bearing. along the S'ly line thereof 320.00 ft.; thence <br />N. 01 degree 11'04" W., parallel with the My line of said SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 390.00 ft.; <br />thence N. 88 degrees 48'59" E. 143.00 ft.; thence N. 01 degree l l'01" W., parallel with said <br />W'ly line 426.68 ft., more or less, to the My line of said SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4: thence My <br />along said My line to the NW corner thereof; thence S'ly along said W'ly line to the point of <br />beginning. This exception contains I L I I acres, more or less. Together with an easement for <br />roadway and utility purposes over, under and across the S. 33.00 ft. of Parcel A described <br />above and subject to an easement for driveway and utility purposes over, under and across a <br />strip of land 40.00 ft. in width being 20.00 ft. on either side of the following described <br />centerline: commencing at the SW comer of the SE l/4 of die SE 1/4 of Sec. 1, T. 29 N., R. <br />21 W., Washington Co., Minn., thence N. 83 degrees 14'01" E., assumed bearing, along the Sl'y <br />line thereof 653.15 ft. to the point of beginning of the centerline being described: thence N. 00 <br />degrees 54'04" W. along said centerline 753.27 ft.; thence N. 14 degrees 49'39" E. along said <br />centerline 83.81 ft.; thence N. 71 degrees 43'17" W. along said centerline 265.00 ft. to the end <br />of the centerline being described. Reserving unto the Grantor a life estate in the above - <br />described property. <br />
