Florence Kleie <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 9709 <br />AN ORDINACE AMENDING SECTION 300.07 OF THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP <br />OF THE 1997 LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 300.07 Subd. 3(A) 1. of the Zoning District Map of the Lake <br />Elmo Municipal Code; is amended to rezone the following described property from (R-1) Single <br />Family Residential to (RR) Rural Residential to wit: <br />That part of the North 66.00 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3, <br />Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota lying westerly of the <br />northwesterly line of 55" Street North as dedicated on the plat of FOX FIRE ESTATES, <br />according to the plat on file in the office of the County Recorder, Washington County Minnesota. <br />Also, the North 66.00 feet (4 rods) of the East 148.50 feet (9 rods) of the Northwest Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter of said Section 3. <br />Section 2.
