Containing 1.46 acres, more or <br />less. Subject to the right of way of Minnesota Highway No. 212. According to <br />the United States Government Survey thereof. <br />Section 4. Filina: The City Clerk/Administrator is hereby directed to file certified copies <br />of this Ordinance with the Secretary of State, the Washington County Auditor, the Town <br />Clerk of Baytown Township and the Minnesota Municipal Board. <br />Section 5. Effective Date.
