Herzfeld, Heritage Fa n CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE No. 8153 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301.070 C "ZONING DISTRICT MAP" OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE Section 1. Amendment: Section 301.070 C of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code hereby amended to rezone the following described parcels of land from Rural Residential (RR) to Open Space Development District (OP); to wit: The property is located at 30th Street and Manning Avenue as is legally described as follows: The South 1/2 of the Northeast 114 of Section Twenty-four (24), Township Twenty-nine (29) North, Range Twenty-one (21) West, EXCEPTING therefrom the South 747.4 feet thereof; Also EXCEPTING therefrom the West 240.0 feet thereof. AND The North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section twenty-four (24), Township Twenty-nine (29) North, Range Twenty-one (21) West, EXCEPT commencing at a point 2253.8 feet West of the Northeast comer of said Section Twenty-four (24) and said point lying on the North line thereof, then South at right angles to said North line a distance of 33 feet to the actual point of beginning, thence continuing South a distance of 100 feet, then West and parallel to said North line a distance of 75 feet, then North and at right angles to said North line a distance of 100 feet, thence East to the point of beginning; ALSO EXCEPTING the West 240 feet of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section Twenty-four (24), Township Twenty-nine (29) North, Range Twenty-one (21) West; ALSO EXCEPTING that part thereof taken for roads; ALSO EXCEPTING that part thereof taken by the City of Lake Elmo for community septic system. Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publ' tion a rding to law.
