Amendment: Section 301.070 C of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code hereby amended to rezone the following described parcels of land from Agricultural and Rural Residential to Open Space Preservation District; to wit: That part of the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 114 of Section 12, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, which lies Northwesterly of State Trunk Highway No. 5.
