CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 81- 4 `i <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301.070 C <br />"ZONING DISTRICT MAP" OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 301.070C of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code <br />hereby amended to rezone the following described parcels of land from Agricultural <br />to Open Space Preservation District; to wit: <br />All that part of the NE 1/4 of Section 3, Township 29, Range 21, East <br />Oakdale Township, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the NE corner of Section 3, Township 29, Range 21, Washington <br />County, Minnesota, thence South along the West line of said Section 3 for 635 feet <br />to the point of beginning of description; thence continuing South along said East line <br />of Section 3 for 800 feet to its intersection with the East - West Sixteenth line of the <br />NE 1/4 of said Section 3; thence West along said Sixteenth line of the NE 1/4 of <br />said section 3; thence West along said Sixteenth line for 900 feet; thence North and <br />parallel with said East line, Section 3 for 800 feet; thence East 900 feet to the point <br />of beginning; except a strip of land 2 rods wide along the East side of the NE 1/4 of <br />the NE 1/4 of Section 3, Township 29, Range 21. <br />Section 2.
