CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 81 4' <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301.070 D.16 Subd..7.B.I.b.c.d. OF THE <br />LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE. <br />The Lake Elmo City Council ordains that Section 301.070 D.16 Subd.7.B.l.b.c.d. of the <br />Lake Elmo Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 301.070D.16 Subd7.B. Lb. of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code <br />is hereby amended; to wit: <br />b. Deeded to the City of Lake Elmo for public purposes with permanent conservation <br />restriction (in accordance with M.S. 84C.01.05), to an acceptable Land Trust as <br />approved by the City: or <br />Section 2. Amendment: Section 301.070D16. Subd.7.B.l.c. and d. is added to the Lake Elmo <br />Municipal Code; to wit: <br />c. Deeded to the City for Open Space purposes or conveyed by easement to the city. <br />d.
