11.05 Community Programming Equipment. Grantor or its designee will make <br />readily available for public use at least the minimal equipment necessary for the production <br />of programming and playback of prerecorded programs for the specially designated <br />noncommercial public access channel(s). <br />11.06 Institutional Network Requirements. Grantor will assume responsibility for <br />the I/Net, which is part of the System, in accordance with the provisions of the Franchise <br />Agreement. <br />11.07 Access to Community Programming Channels And The I/Net. The Grantor <br />and its designee shall have complete and unrestricted access to the Community <br />Programming Channels and the I/Net, however, the Company shall have full responsibility <br />for the maintenance, repair, and technical performance of the cable and related active and <br />passive electronics which carry said Community Programming Channels and the services <br />provided by Company on this I/Net (excluding all equipment owned and operated by the <br />Grantor or its designee). <br />ARTICLE 12. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS <br />12.01 Compliance with Laws. Company shall conform with all the state laws and <br />rules regarding cable communications not later than one year after they become effective, <br />unless otherwise stated. Company shall conform with all federal laws and regulations <br />regarding cable communications as they become effective. Company shall also conform <br />with all City ordinances, resolutions, rules and regulations heretofore or hereafter adopted <br />or established during the entire term of the Franchise. <br />23 <br />
