granting of the Franchise including any subsequent expenses due to delays or <br />litigation pertaining to the grant of the Franchise. In order to accomplish <br />these activities, Company shall arrange a time and place satisfactory to both <br />Company and Grantor. <br />F. All security deposits, insurance contracts, bonds and guarantees required by <br />Company by the Franchise shall be delivered with the acceptance. <br />G. Upon the delivery of the above described documents, Grantor and Company <br />shall execute the Franchise Agreement. The execution of the Franchise <br />Agreement shall be deemed the completion of the franchising process. <br />H. The commitment of Company is contained in the Offering. Company shall <br />perform all services or offerings set forth in its Offering including all promises, <br />offers, representations and inducements contained therein. Company's <br />Offering and specific understandings and agreements with Grantor shall be <br />embodied in and incorporated into a Franchise Agreement to be entered -into <br />between Grantor and Company based upon the authority granted pursuant to <br />this Ordinance. The Franchise Agreement is set forth as Exhibit I, a separate <br />document, incorporated herein by reference. The failure to refer to the <br />Offering in any specific provision in the Franchise shall not be a limitation on <br />the obligation of Company to fully comply with the Offering. In the event of <br />conflict or discrepancies between any parts of the Offering or the Agreement <br />entered into between Grantor and Company or this Ordinance, those <br />provisions which provide the greatest benefit for Grantor, in the opinion of <br />32 <br />
