City of Lake Elmo <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />Special Ordinance 81- 24 <br />A Summary of Special Ordinance 81- 244 <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO GROUP W CABLE OF RAMSEY/WASHINGTON, INC., <br />TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A CABLE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM IN THE MUNICIPALITY <br />OF LAKE ELMO; SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS ACCOMPANYING THE GRANT OF FRANCHISE; <br />DEFINING THE MEANING OF FRANCHISE; PROVIDING FOR REGULATION AND USE OF THE SYSTEM; <br />AND INCLUDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF. <br />On September 19, 1995, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted Special Ordinance 8124 <br />relating to Cable Franchise. <br />On September 19, 1995, the Lake Elmo City Council received a summary of Special Ordinance <br />81- 24 and by 5 affirmative votes, approved the publication of a summary of this <br />ordinance, to wit: <br />Preamble <br />Article 1.
