Ordinance 81- 2 <br />Rogers Rezoning <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 81- 25 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301.070 C. "ZONING DISTRICT MAP" OF <br />THE 1979 LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 301.070 C. "Zoning District Map" of the 1979 Lake Elmo <br />Municipal Code is amended to designate the following described property as LB - Limited <br />Business; as shown on Attachment A (map). <br />That part of the East one-half of the Southeast one-fourth, lying North of the Chicago and <br />Northwestern Railroad Right -of -Way and South of State Highway No. 5 (formerly 212) all in <br />Section 16, Township 29, Range 21, being 17 acres more or less, according to the United States <br />Government survey thereof, subject to an easement for roadway purposes over the Easterly 50 <br />feet thereof, and subject to easements and restrictions of record. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective the day following its publication. <br />ADOPTION: Passed by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />1995. <br />Wyn <br />ATTEST: <br />MaryKue£�ner, CityA,dministrator <br />Published in the Stillwater Gazette on the 24t1day of Novembeg995. <br />day of September, <br />
