Subd. 4 Public Right -of -Way. No fences shall be permitted on a public right-of-way. <br />(Replaces 1505.010 D - Heading Added) <br />1425.02 Property Line Conditions. Fences may be placed along property lines <br />provided no physical damage of any kind results to abutting property. (Replaces 1505.020 <br />A - Heading Added) <br />Subd. 2 Fences in Commercial and Industrial Districts. Fences in commercial and <br />industrial districts may be erected on the lot line to a height of six (6) feet or to a height of <br />eight (8) feet with a security arm for barbed wire.
