STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3102 <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO TEMPORARY ON -SALE INTOXICATING <br />AND NON -INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES. <br />The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains that Section <br />1201.030C and Section 1202.020D of the Lake Elmo Code are hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />1201.030C. Temporary On -Sale Licenses. Temporary on -sale <br />licenses shall be issued only to clubs or charitable, religious, or <br />other non-profit organizations in existence for at least three <br />years and shall authorize the on sale of intoxicating liquor in <br />connection with a social event sponsored by the licensee and <br />subject to the restrictions imposed by M.S. Chapter 340A. No more <br />than three temporary on -sale licenses may be issued to any one <br />organization or for any one location, within a twelve-month period. <br />1202.020D. Temporary License. A club or charitable, <br />religious or non-profit organization may be issued a temporary "on - <br />sale" license for the sale of non -intoxicating malt liquor on or <br />off school grounds, in and out of school houses, and school <br />buildings, and in or outside of public parks. No more than three <br />temporary on -sale licenses may be issued to any one organization or <br />for one location, within a twelve-month period. <br />Effective Date. This ordinance <br />following its publication. <br />Adoption Date.
