STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />ORDINANCE 8066 <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 505.260 AND AMENDING SECTION <br />505.320 A AND SECTION 505.410 OF THE <br />LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains that Section <br />505.260 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is hereby repealed. <br />The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains that Section <br />505.320A and Section 505.410 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code <br />are hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 505.320A: Type of Signs Allowed: Business, <br />nameplate, identification, illuminated, ground, pedestal, <br />motion, political, real estates sales, shopping center, <br />temnorary and fall. <br />Section 505.410: Sign Permit Chart: <br />SP = Sign Permit AG RES COMM INDUS PUD <br />C = Conditional Use Permit DIST DIST DIST DIST DIST <br />P = Permitted Use <br />N = Not Allowed <br />Advertising Sign N N N N N <br />Effective Date: This ordinance shall be effective the day <br />following publication. <br />
