STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />ORDINANCE 8067 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTIONS 505.040V. AND SECTION 505.320F. <br />AND AMENDING SECTION 505.320A. AND SECTION 505.410 OF THE <br />LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />The City Council ordains that Sections 505.040V. and <br />Section 505.320F, shall be added to the Lake Elmo Municipal <br />Code to read as follows: <br />Section 505.040V: SIGN: City Identification Sian: <br />A sign that contains the name of the City, the City logo, <br />and may also include identification of civic organizations <br />located within the City. <br />Section 505.320F: City Identification signs shall not <br />exceed 6 feet in height or 40 square feet in total surface <br />coverage. <br />The City Council further ordains that Sections <br />505.320A. and 505.410 are hereby amended as follows: <br />Section 505.320A: Type of Signs Allowed: Business, <br />nameplate, identification, illuminated, ground, pedestal, <br />motion, political, real estates sales, shopping center, <br />temporary wall and city identification Sian. <br />Section 505.410: Sian Permit Chart: <br />SP = Sign Permit <br />C = Conditional Use Permit <br />P = Permitted Use AG RES COMM INDUS PUD <br />N = Not Allowed DIST DIST DIST DIST DIST <br />City Identification Sian N N P <br />N N <br />Effective Date: This ordinance shall be effective the day <br />following publication. <br />Adoption Date: Passed by the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo the 16th day of June, 1992. <br />David Johnson, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />)(�//�h, <br />Mary f r, City Administrator <br />
