A blacktop temnis court the measurement of which is <br />78ft.x 36ft. The area should have a 5" base with 2" <br />of finished bituminous surface. The area should have <br />a 3/4" crown to premit runoff of rain and other moisture. <br />2. Prepare a circular skating rink on the outfield of the <br />baseball field. The area to be graded to the center,,,;;,( <br />with a 500 gallon drywell in the center to take care of <br />the excessive moisture. Drywell to have a seal cover. <br />3. Grade the area now used'as a hockey rink to level to <br />n <br />premit flooding during the winter season. <br />4.
