MINUTES OF TH]) LAKE ELMO VILLAGE COTJNCIL MARCH 59 1968. <br />Meeting called tto order at 7:30PM by Mayor Brockman. <br />Present:B)�ookman, Ebne, Goerss and Mehsikomer. Absent Abercrombie, <br />` Minutes of the February 6,1968 meeting read and approved. <br />Norman and Lois Wendt made personal application to build a three car <br />garage on their premises at 11.80 Rose Ave, Lake Elmo. They were advised <br />that request would be considered and they would be advised. <br />The street sign is down on Rose and North Shore Drive and the name <br />plates missing. These are to be reordered and reinstalled. <br />Letter from Banister Engineering recommending that we withhold any <br />action this year on pulling the pump but that we should go ahead next <br />year without asking for a decisions <br />Clerk to write businessman requesting that they have the employees park <br />off of Lake Elmo Road to open the street up to customer parking. If no <br />corrective action is taken then a one hour parking limit will be posted <br />and will be policed. <br />Resolution that the tax(water assessment)±kK for the property covered <br />on plates 15101 15111 be corrected to reflect the transfer of property <br />(lots 14 and 15) from G A Meyer Mercantile to Eugene Siedow. Clerk to <br />pass this information on to County Auditor Tom Greeder. <br />Clerk to order some barricade for roadwork and chuck holes. <br />Arrangements must be made to paint pumphouse. <br />Discussion on the records kept by constables.
