Minutes of bake :Elmo 'Village Council May 7, 1968 <br />Meeting called to order at 7:18PM by Mayor Brookman. <br />Present:Brookman,Abercrombie,Bbne and Mehsikomer. <br />Minutes of the April 2,6 and 8th read and approved, <br />Council voted to schedule 2 meetings a month for the months of June <br />July and. August on a motion by Abercrombie 2nd by Ebne. Carried 4/0/ <br />Clerk Me7sikomer was requested to write to Larson Tank Company re- <br />garding the.Long range contract with the cost of repainting the tank <br />covered inAhe annual expense over a five year period. <br />Perry Clark of the highway department at St. Paul Park (698 1405) <br />that they will investigat the traffic situation on Highway 12 and <br />Lake Elmo Road and also with County Rd 15. <br />The warming house at the skating rinkmhas been sold for the consid- <br />eration on $ 1. Roy Dorngeld is to be informed so that if he wants <br />the furnace he may remove it beddre the bldg is moved. <br />Thursday May 18 is a special meeting with East Oakdale and Oakdale <br />at the Oakdale town hall at 8PM. <br />The exchange betwwen Leitte and Lake Elmo has been proposed and the <br />cost of landfill at the tracks on lots 15 & 16 would cost an estim- <br />ated $1,300.00 per quote from Carl Olinger. <br />Motion by Ebne 2nd by Abercrombie that Holm (Surveyor) Leitte and <br />the Village get together and get the abstract prepared.
