ilta4e of 'Nake '�Zfmv <br />30nollington avuntg <br />74the'glnto, 6fti teoota 55042 <br />MINUTES OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, MEETING AUGUST 6, 1968. <br />Meeting called to order. at 7:15PM by acting Mayor Ebne. <br />Present:Ebne,Abercrombie,Goerss and Mehsikomer. <br />19inutes of -the July 99 1968 meeting read, and approved. <br />LeRoy Turnbull asked the council what they would do relative to a <br />hockey rink. He was advised that if some resposible type of supervision <br />was given the council would stand behind the project financially but to <br />put up facilities without some type of definite program would be a waste <br />of the taxpayers money. Mr. Turnbull was to check and see if he could <br />find anybody interested and to check with School District 834 officiias <br />and see if they had a program for supervising the rink if available. <br />Roy Lehmann was instructed to shut off the water at two locations which <br />were over nine months in arrears an thieb water bill. <br />Gib Swanson was on hand and. requested a special use pe4mit for the property <br />which he had just ,purchased from Charles Ponath. <br />Coucil voted 4->0 to have a hearing on the matter on Tuesday the 20th of <br />August,1968 at the Village Hall at 8:OOPM.
