Wage of 'Nake 'gima <br />1 'ansllington (4nxmtg <br />ial:e g1ma, 4Hinnesata 551942 <br />Minutes of the Village of Lake Elmo Council Meeting March 9, 1970, <br />Meeting called to order at 7:0OPM by Mayer Brookman. <br />Present:Brookman,AbercrombiegFriedrich,.Shervheim,WatsonxPark & Mehaikomer. <br />C 'Three bids were received for the alteration of the Village Maintenance <br />Building to) convert the office area into a new Clerks Office. <br />Mayor Bromkman called for the bids to be opened in alphabetical order. <br />9.Don Alberg Ri bid agreed to, supply all work and materials <br />according to the written spec and quoted a price of S4095.00,. <br />2.Joe Lenz Construction bid agreed to supply labor and all <br />materials according to epee. He had one question regarding the <br />outside door and offered an optional bid. To spec $6,193.00 <br />If commercial type aluminum entrance door and frame are 'be be <br />installed add $$275.00 or a total quote of 9$6,468.00. <br />3.George Siegried Construction bid agreed to supply all labor <br />and materials according to spec.. Price quoted. was $5,.927.00, <br />Motion by Councilman Abercrombie second by Councilman Shervheim that <br />award be made to Don Alborg on a conditional basis. The two members of <br />the council that were in charge of the bidding Abercrombie and Shervheim <br />would review the work with Mr. Alberg to amke sure that bid was correct <br />and that there was no misunderstanding regarding what was required. If <br />price remained the same award would be official if not the matter <br />would revert iaack to the council for action. Carried unanimously. <br />Councilman Watson Moved that, special use permits be issued for a <br />5 year term with annual payment. Clerk to set up comeout file to <br />review all permits in the eleventh month of the fiscal year of the <br />permit.
