The Council should also prepare a listing of things to be done and then a program prep; -red for the crew to do. Elmer Richert has obtained weed and brush biller from It Oil. Councilman Shervheim instructed to arrange for part time help to keep the grass on the athletic field and playground mewed and the area cleaned up. Tri-L&kes A.rep :ill require the use of the Village truck for their pick up doy on "aturday May 16, 1970. (Previously epnraved). TrikLekes Association would reimburse the Vilinge at $10.00/hr for the 4 hours from 8 to 12 noon. Robert Wier would be assigned to drive the truck as Elmer Richert would not be available. Elmer Richert and Lehart Friedrich would tour the Village Streets and report to the council at the meeting May 190 1970. Based on this report the council would schedule a tour by the council to determine the work that should be undertaken.
