Motion carried 4-1. <br />The question was raised about who is authorised to draw waiter off the <br />hydrasnte sand under whet conditions* Clerk was advised to advise all <br />potential waiter that they would have to clear taking water with the Vil- <br />logo Office and that they would be able to take water only from the hyd- <br />rant adjacent to the Village Office and then only under supervision. <br />Fee established is $3.00 for each load with up to a capacity of 5000 gals, <br />0ouncilmon Abercrombie moved that the Village Schedule a hearing on road <br />improvements on 7th Street. Trailer Coach Park Pursuant to Ordinance NO. <br />32 of the Town of Rest Oakdale for a term to .expire Ded'ember 11, 1970. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />mayor Brockman explained to Mr Hill and Mr. Berman of Femtom that the <br />inspection fee of Ordinance No. 32 ($7.50) dial not include the inspection <br />;Barges established for gas inspections under Or.dihanoe X0005, It was <br />further explained that the situation at Pemtom was a bit different in <br />that the Inspector would be able to group his inspections Find, would not <br />have to a3mkc a special call for each reasidence. Because of the di.fferenco <br />the Village offered a flat inspection charge for gas of $10.00 per unit. <br />Mayor Brookman explained further that there was :an *root test required <br />on each 'burner. This test would, not be conducted by the Village but the <br />Villaage inspecter would handle on a personal bustneas basis at a fee of <br />08.00. The Village did not care who conducted the test but required a <br />certified copy of the results before resident could move in.
