Cent°t: Minutes of the Council Meeting: of July 21, 1970 for L E Vil. A letter was received from Ed Whitman, President, Valley Watershed District. Mr. Whitman suggested a meeting: between the Village, Femtom, r 'Washington county Officials, The Watershed District and anyone else that ` may have an interest in common problems. The Council advised the clerk -to inform Mr'. Whitman that they could be available at his convaenience and if he wanted to set -up the meeting it could be anytime just so it did not fall an regular meeting nights which are the let & 3rd Tues,.
